Harmonic Hot Tubs is a brand new hot tub manufacturer that was developed to overcome the current chaotic state of affairs in the industry. They make 100% of their products in the USA. Based just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, Harmonic hot tubs operate from their 50-acre, state of the art campus.

We are looking for an Experienced Executive Leadership to organize and oversee the manufacturing of portable hot tubs. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. You will develop and execute the strategic plan for Harmonic Hot Tubs’ manufacturing operations that support the company’s overall objectives. We expect you to have a strong know-how in production procedures and the ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Use strong leadership skills to motivate and lead your teams to success, provide coaching and mentoring, and develop team members to drive high performance and to support future growth.
Lead initiatives to obtain desired results related to productivity improvement and cost reduction while ensuring that the plant is operating at optimum staffing levels to meet objectives. You will also ensure that overhead and supplies costs are within reason and are meeting our annual budget forecasts and plans.
Enhance procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations that ensure products conform to established company quality standards. You will also lead and inspire teams to continuously improve the plant’s performance as it relates to safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Requirements
- Must have Hot Tub/Spa Manufacturing Experience
- Proven experience in FRP (fiberglass)
- Knowledge in thermal forming plastic’s
- Knowledge of water hydraulics
- Knowledge of production flow
- Communication skills
- Attention to details
- Strong decision-making ability
- Knowledge and experience in the spa industry is a must
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Exceptional organizational skills
